How do I book a class, and which one should I choose first?
The full schedule and price list are in the Fitssey booking system (the “Book” button on this site). There you create an account and buy a pass or a single class. For your first visit, choose a class marked in green. If you have an injury, have had surgery or simply prefer a gentle start, we recommend beginning with a private session.
What should I bring to my first class?
Comfortable sportswear that lets you move freely is all you need. We train on the reformer in socks. Grip socks with a non-slip sole are best, but they are not required.
When should I arrive at the studio?
Our studios are small and run as boutique studios, so group classes are by prior booking only. Please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before class starts. This helps us keep a calm atmosphere for everyone.
Can I buy a voucher for someone?
Yes. Vouchers are available at our studios as a paper voucher to collect on site (please let us know in advance) or as an electronic voucher sent by email.
I have a voucher code. How do I use it?
When buying in Fitssey, enter the code in the “discount code” field, or get in touch with us.
Can I train while pregnant?
Yes, but please let us know before class and bring your doctor’s approval for physical activity. If you haven’t trained with us before, we invite you to start with a private session. Our team includes instructors experienced in working with pregnant clients. We recommend classes with Julia or Klaudia.
From what age can I join?
Group and private classes are open from age 16. In exceptional cases younger participants can join after contacting the studio. Minors training without a parent need written consent from a parent or guardian.
Can I book a private group, e.g. for 5 people?
Absolutely. We organise private group sessions on request, as well as birthdays, hen parties and other events. Get in touch and we’ll arrange the details.
Do you accept Multisport, Medicover or similar cards?
No, we don’t accept sports cards of this type.
